As a cold rolling manufacturer focused on employees’ professional skills, we strive to improve people’s professionality to provide Shinmade with qualified ones. The Research Institute of Shinmade held the skills competition of“metal material tension testing” consisting of two parts: theory competition and experimental operation competition.

Solid theoretical knowledge, the support of our testing work, provides provide technical guidance for the improvement of our skills.
The experimental operation includes 3 parts:

Dimension measurement: Testing workers can use measurement tools normatively and proficiently and the measurement precision could directly affect the accuracy of testing data.

Testing machine operation: The key is“Normal operation of the testing machine”, which is the prerequisite to assure the accuracy of testing data.

Software operation analysis is to test employees’ capability of operating testing machines and analyzing testing data.
